All participants of the conference must register via the registration form till 07 Sempember 2018. At the same time, the authors submit an abstract with a maximum of 150 words.

Authors are invited to submit their submission in pdf format (file extension .pdf) no later than 16. 09. 2018, acoording to paper template to the EasyChair system - HERE. The paper range is from 6 to 14 pages. Presenters should make sure to bring a backup copy of their presentation to the Conference on a USB flash drive. All presentations will be displayed on a Windows based PC supplied by the organizer.

Scientific papers in English will be published in the 1^st part of the conference proceedings after being subjected to peer review. The conference organizers are doing all necessary steps to include them in the Web of Science database.

The papers which do not correspond to the thematic scope of the Conference will not be accepted for a peer-review process.

Each participant of the Conference can be an author or co-author of maximum of two papers.

Expert papers and presentations will be published in the 2^nd part of the conference proceedings with a separate ISBN.
